Just watching BBC's Question Time and Jacqui Smith has been going on about how bad Boris Johnson has been by politicising the police after forcing out Sir Ian Blair.
However, Lord (Michael) Heseltine made a good point in reply by saying if she really thought Boris was being partisan in the lowest political sense then why had she not stood by her man properly and refused to accept Blair's resignation? If Boris had behaved so badly, why had she not stood up to him?
